Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment at no cost.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the return process outlined below.

Special-Order & Made to Order Items

Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior authorization.
To initiate a return:

- You will receive return instructions and authorization details
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
- Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the product type and manufacturer policies.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
